A strategist, entrepreneur, and visual artist, Susanna draws on experience across Europe and the Middle East. She began her career in consulting with PwC and Accuracy in Frankfurt am Main before co-founding Urban Point, Qatar’s leading savings platform. What started as an MBA project in Germany evolved into a national success story—featured by Al Jazeera, Deloitte, and the World Economic Forum, and studied at HEC Paris and Harvard Business School for its model of collaborative innovation and SME empowerment.
Under Susanna’s leadership as Co-Founder & Chief Brand Officer, Urban Point grew into a B2B2C ecosystem with over 1,000 partner businesses, integrated directly with Ooredoo, Qatar’s largest telecom operator. The platform has become a benchmark for digital transformation and local-business empowerment, aligning closely with Qatar National Vision 2030. Its success demonstrates how sustainable partnerships between startups and corporates can redefine consumer engagement across the MENA region.
After earning her degree in Mathematics and Economics from Claremont McKenna College, Susanna moved to Germany to learn the language, pursue an MBA, and expand her worldview. Living and working across Europe sharpened her ability to translate ideas across cultures—merging analytical precision with creative execution. That cross-cultural fluency became the foundation of her entrepreneurial work in the Middle East.
Throughout her career, Susanna has been guided by one principle: building meaningful connections. At Accuracy, she helped unify global offices around a shared identity. At Urban Point, she designed a brand that connects a national telecom network with small businesses and smart shoppers, proving that purpose and profit can coexist in scalable, tech-driven ecosystems.
Her parallel practice in photography mirrors the same pursuit of connection and clarity. Through her lens, she explores identity, motion, and cultural diversity documenting real moments with precision and aesthetic sensitivity. She also loves riding and is often behind the lens photographing horses at equestrian sporting events.
